THE NAME
What does "Jyoti" mean?
Jyoti is a Sanskrit word that means "divine inner light." By helping us focus our attention on the breath and wisdom of the body, yoga sets us on the path to discovering the divinity within.

The central form of yoga practiced in Jyoti Yoga & Wellness is TriYoga®, a hatha yoga practice founded by the world-renowned yogini Kali Ray. I've practiced yoga for nearly 25 years. I've explored several different styles over the years, but I fell in love with TriYoga for its precision, systematized approach, and deep attention to mind-body connection. I'm certified in TriYoga Basics and Level 1. Excited to share this beautiful yoga with you!
