CLASS SCHEDULE
~General class days, times (all class times Pacific), and locations are listed below. Classes are 75 minutes long.
~Basics classes teach the fundamentals of TriYoga, including relaxation in action, wavelike spinal movements, and economy of motion. In Level 1 and subsequent levels you'll increase your knowledge of posture and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance, and breath control. Props and modifications are offered at all levels so that people with a wide range of abilities can participate.
~Ready to try it out? For online classes, please fill out the registration form and you'll get a Zoom link to participate. If you plan to attend in person, you can fill out the form ahead of time or just come to class.

Basics/Level 1 5:30-6:45 p.m. (Pacific), third floor of the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Palouse, 420 E. 2nd St., Moscow, ID.
PAYMENT
As I tell my students, the payment I would most prefer to receive is your steady attendance of classes. Currently, yoga classes are free; but if you feel moved to make a donation to support ongoing training, equipment purchase, etc., you can do so via cash/check, Venmo (@jodie-nicotra) or PayPal (@JodieNicotra).
